Our previous meat related classes, a butchery and steak evening also proved some of our most popular ever undertaken so we are going back for our third helping with A Cut Above - Steak Exploration.

Further info: This Sunday, Gilligan’s Meats will take us on a journey into the beef process from farm to fork. As both breeders and butchers there are few in the country better placed for such a class. They also supply some of the best restaurants in Dublin so chances are you have already sampled their delicious wares. The feast will be cooked up by head chef at The Drury Buildings who will also give us a few words on cooking technique.
Proceeds from the evening will go to Movember - changing the face of men’s health.
This event is open to all, members, non members, ladies, parents, anyone! It could be the perfect early Christmas present to yourself or a carnivorous loved one.
It will be our last event of 2014 but we have big plans for 2015 so will keep you posted.
